Holy St. Out is brewed with 5 different malts and hopped with Columbus hops. With additives bio bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, bio Criollo cocoa from Peru and Panamanian craft rum Bumbu.
After 1817, the use of black malt and its derivatives afterwards defines this style, popularized by Dry Stout at first (think of Guiness) then by even higher in ABV Imperial Stouts exported to the court of Catherine II in Russia.learn more
