Jungle Juice Brewing is an independent craft brewery located in the heart of Rome. The project came to life in 2014 as a beer-firm. By 2016, due to virtue of a reputation that rapidly expired, the production became wider. In the 14hl brew-house all the recipes are born. The beers are mainly inspired by the American hop-forward world and the classic styles of Belgian beer. Nowadays the beer list has gradually grown to unconventional brewing applications.
Their brewing involves usage of selected raw materials, monitoring of the production process and meticulous compliance with the technical fermentation and maturation terms.
