Dear customers and partners.
Two difficult months have already passed by, and we were brought back to a state of hope that sooner our lives and activities would find and even improve their natural rhythm.
We would like to sincerely thank you all for showing compassion and understanding during those hard to accept and adapt to period of time!
Step by step the current conditions according state of emergency are changing and thus it brings us to a point that we also need to change the structure of our working schedule.
Here are the new points in short:
- Free delivery in Sofia city will be valid for orders with a minimal value of BGN 24.99;
- Orders placed through our web site until 1 pm of the current day, will be organized for delivery the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, are due to be delivered within the following working day;
- Delivery times - from Monday to Friday excluding National holidays, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM;
- The changes come into force from the 11th of May 2020.
All other conditions in the segment ‘Payment and Shipment’ remain unchanged especially including higher hygiene measures in carrying out packaging and deliveries.
We keep on improving our web shop and soon we will be announcing new services and better shopping and price conditions.
