With the development of Pilsner in 1842, the Czechs have got their entry in the hall of beer fame. Тheir beers are more earthy, herbal and spicy with more peppery palate also more malt presence produces a bit darker and less bitter beer. Still steeped in tradition, Czech craft breweries are now finding their place too.
