'White Stork is one of the first commercial craft beer breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery whatever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourselves & our beers continually. We believe in the alchemy of craft beer, so be ready to be surprised!'
