Cider

Cider is made from fermented apples and can be dry or sweet. Apples for eating or only cider can be used. After harvesting apples are pulped and put in a press to extract juice – after being sieved through a sieve. The fermentation of the apple must be primarily the same as with wine either with the use of wild, specialty cider or beer yeasts.
