Serenity Waves is an American West Coast IPA, designed as a tribute to the classics but made with a modern approach. The combination of hop varieties delivers waves of flavors indeed, that complement each other and create an extremely satisfying experience.
The hop varieties used are Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Strata and Superdelic. The West Coast style’s signature citrus and pine flavors are presented thanks to the Simcoe hops. The amount of Strata hops gives bright tropical fruit flavors, but also a resinous, herbal backbone to the beer. The modern Superdelic hops bring aromatic red fruits, sweet sugar lollipops and candies, and juicy mango and passion fruit.
