Following down the Danube River, Hungarian and Czech exiles introduced brewing to Bulgaria and as most of you know commercial beer production started with the Kamenitza factory, founded by the Swiss Sulzer brothers in 1876. Craft beer production started in earnest after 2013 with White Stork, Glarus and Divo Pivo beers appearing on the market consecutively.
