Fruit Lambic

Whole fruits or in syrup can be added to Lambics and undergo secondary fermentation (bottle conditioning). Although many fruit derived beers from Belgium are Lambics, Brouwerij Liefmans uses ‘oude bruin’ as a base beer to make theirs.
