German Keller beer. Untapped, unfiltered and outrageously good. A very unique, cloudy beer specialty with a full-bodied, soft-malty character. With Hallertau Pearl hops. Pleasantly tart and with little carbonation. It is a beer that goes just as well with a snack as with a relaxed after-work drink. Did someone say "cult beer"? Well, experience shows that a person rarely stays with one of these only.

Micro-brewery, based in Bamberg, Bayern Germany. Although it says since 1670, it has been family owned since 1895 and follows like all the German breweries the Purity laws. Their kit is pretty high tech and they are very environmentally involved.
