This is what makes the ingeniously coordinated mixture of Hallertauer Hercules, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh (cold hopped) aroma hops do and towards the end leads to very round and very harmonious finish.

The combination of paler malt, Pilsen's remarkably soft water, local Saaz hops, cleaner yeasts and Bavarian-style lagering produce a clear, golden beel. ABV tends to be between 4-5.5%, Pilsners are golden, full of colours, foamy and light.
