Unique artisanal hybrid of aged lambic and organic Riesling wine. Blending these two distinct components creates a remarkable and complex tasting experience, with the Lambic enhancing the fresh, aromatic profile of the Riesling.
The Alsatian grapes from Westhoffen underwent five days of cold maceration. Fermented by their indigenous yeasts, the wine was further aged with old lambic in an old wooden foeder for a full year. Refermented in the bottle. With time and love.
The blend of young and old lambics with Riesling brings tension and refinement. This grape expresses aromas of citrus, white stone fruit, and floral notes, with a mineral undertone and lively acidity. Without sulfites, without fining agents, and unfiltered.
Embark on a surprising journey to Alsace and discover our Alsace Riesling. This full-bodied wine is known for its exceptional balance and complexity. Riesling is celebrated for its aromatic intensity, vibrant acidity, and versatility, making it a cherished grape in the world of wine.
