Unique artisanal hybrid of aged lambic and organic wine. Gewurztraminer is an ancient grape variety from the Alsace region. This distinctive wine shares many characteristics with Lambic. Combining these two elements creates a uniquely quirky, spicy, and full-bodied flavor.
The Alsatian grapes from Westhoffen underwent five days of cold maceration. Fermented by their indigenous yeasts, the wine was further aged with old lambic in an old wooden foeder for a full year. Without sulfites, without fining agents, and unfiltered.
The blend of old lambics with Gewürztraminer brings intensity and aromatic depth. This grape expresses vibrant aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes with a subtle spicy undertone.
You will be surprised by a unique harmony of macerated Gewurztraminer from Alsace and a smooth two-year-old Lambic.
